Sen Homes was born from Greg and Nishka's own experience building a home. When they set out to create a home for themselves, they found that the process didn't offer the level of customization, collaboration and personal relationship they were looking for. They also wanted to prioritize Canadian businesses and materials whenever possible, something they found was not a focus in the building experience they encountered. That experience became the catalyst for Sen Homes and the foundation of a different approach to building.

With more than 20 years of experience, Greg and Nishka built Sen Homes as a boutique custom and semi-custom home builder serving Southern Alberta. Our floor plans are a starting point, not a set of limitations. We believe a home should be designed around how you live, with meaningful opportunities to personalize the layout, finishes and details.
